📋 Description
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues raised by customers, internal stakeholders, or third-party vendors • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing records • Maintain accurate billing records and update customer information in the billing system • Respond to billing inquiries, clarify billing details, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner • Manage billing activities including invoice generation and payment processing
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Must have strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel • Preferred: Deltek VantagePoint
