📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters to understand needs and streamline processes • Support clinicians through onboarding, ensuring required documentation, credentialing, and compliance requirements are met • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing recruitment documentation • Manage and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms • Communicate with candidates, provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience • Prepare reports and track key recruitment metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities • Work cross-functionally with credentialing and hiring managers to support the transition from hiring to onboarding • Maintain and update job postings as needed • Handle administrative duties, respond to inquiries, maintain files, and support special projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Previous experience supporting recruitment functions highly preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with recruiters, clinicians, and hiring managers • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with recruitment software • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
