📋 Description

• Act as the voice of the customer and guardian of product vision • Define product vision and goals • Partner with Business Analysts to capture stakeholder needs in the product backlog • Perform data analysis and provide recommendations • Identify process-improvement opportunities and develop implementation strategies • Contribute to user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements • Support the product development process • Participate in user testing and gather feedback for product iterations • Communicate product vision, goals, and updates to stakeholders • Ensure product features meet quality standards and user expectations • Analyze product performance to inform the product roadmap • Lead product team ceremonies as needed • Prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Requirement elicitation and documentation • Ability to translate business needs into prioritized backlog items • Strong analytical skills and data analysis • Exceptional communication skills • Stakeholder management • Team collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong time management skills • Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of work required • 2 years in product management or related roles, with a focus on digital products required • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Envision uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility of newly hired employees
