📋 Description

• Support preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses • Own and maintain the long-range financial planning model • Develop and maintain enterprise cash flow forecasts • Conduct enterprise revenue analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Build financial models for strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and operational improvements • Partner with Development and Operations on de novo and strategic growth analyses • Prepare executive-level financial analyses and presentations • Contribute to acquisition integration and value creation initiatives • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally to support planning and decision-making • Promote FP&A best practices • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting • Experience with Planful, Sage Intacct, or similar systems preferred • Healthcare finance experience preferred • Strong communication, analytical, and business partnership skills • Adherence to Envision’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies • Attendance at annual Compliance training • Minimal travel expected • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
