📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or patterns • Verify the accuracy and integrity of data before reporting • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems • Collaborate with internal departments to gather business requirements and provide analytical support • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner • Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information • Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is a plus) • Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or administrative support is preferred but not required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
