📋 Description

• Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval across all case types • Recommend options and strategy and implement recommendations without supervision • Manage Enterprise clients and guide them through processes • Manage, guide, and mentor team members and support the Partner with team management • Review marketing material and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiatives • Perform reporting and auditing duties • Present trainings and webinars to clients and potential clients • Communicate law and policy updates to the team and firm • Interview candidates and provide hiring recommendations • Demonstrate legal competencies and professional, proactive, considerate, and accountable behavior • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree • Admittance to the State Bar • At least 8 years of related experience • At least 5 years of experience at CIP, PC • Prior team management experience required • Consistently meets SLEs (Service Level Expectations) • Expert level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Fluency in English in written and verbal forms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-service orientation • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under strict deadlines • Strategic mindset to drive growth and profitability • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
