📋 Description

• Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods to achieve high order fill rates • Provide input on enhancements to systems, process flow, or benefits • Expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels using the company database • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals • Create and post job descriptions and advertisements • Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit • Identify candidates’ critical success factors using behavioral and situational interview techniques • Qualify candidates and submit them to client facilities according to submission guidelines • Manage submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative recruiting activities • Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers and improve submission-to-placement ratios • Negotiate candidate package components while considering gross margin goals • Extend employment offers to selected clinicians under client facility and SBU leadership direction • Facilitate onboarding, including coordinating start dates and preparing pre-onboarding materials • Maintain communication with candidates by phone and email throughout their assignments • Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance • Identify redeployment opportunities with contract employees and facilitate transitions to new assignments • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Monitor industry trends, recruiting techniques, and competitor information • Recommend recruitment strategies and approaches to improve department efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred • Overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and the job’s organizational impact • Ability to work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role • Ability to work independently and proactively identify and accomplish business needs • Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop action plans, and manage time • Ability to proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience • Ability to attend to customer needs and expectations • Ability to influence or change others’ positions and opinions • Ability to engage effectively in dialogue • Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Ability to maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
