📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and attracting candidates through interviewing and hiring • Work with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system • Provide hiring managers with updates on open positions and candidate pipelines • Prepare job descriptions and postings with hiring managers • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events • Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process • Promote strategic ideas to influence talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand • Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree • Typically 5+ years of related experience • Recruiting knowledge • Basic understanding of business group operations • Basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies • Ability to translate manager recruiting needs into an effective talent pipeline • Ability to promote strategic ideas and work with business leadership on talent strategies and recruiting processes • Experience using social media networks to find and connect with potential candidates • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software preferred • 1+ year of experience with Workday recruiting software preferred • Space and Defense industry experience preferred • Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously preferred • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers preferred • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring preferred
