📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for sales and marketing positions, primarily focused on entry-level through mid-level roles • Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Manage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and other recruiting tools • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to support hiring decisions and process improvements • Represent the CONMED employment brand in interactions with candidates and hiring teams • Support attraction, assessment, and hiring of commercial talent across CONMED’s U.S. sales organization • Assist with offer processing and onboarding activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer-facing, or related professional experience • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other recruiting platforms • Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, sales recruiting, or human resources • Strong relationship-building and networking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities • Ability to travel approximately 20% annually • Comfortable reaching out to candidates through phone, email, and social platforms • Highly organized and detail oriented • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience • Motivated to build relationships and develop sourcing expertise • This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
