📋 Description

• Generate new business while managing and growing existing customer activity • Manage administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the system • Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery • Manage open orders and ensure expedient, accurate delivery • Confirm timely and accurate invoicing • Resolve customer and supplier issues proactively • Learn vendor supplier programs to source products at advantageous prices • Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests • Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments • Assist with quoting • Offer add-on opportunities such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, and supplies • Communicate appropriately with internal and external customers • Complete projects and additional assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience • Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole • Excellent communication/phone skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Team player with a positive attitude • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree preferred
