• Coordinate the full staffing cycle from opportunity intake through engagement to the invoicing team • Ensure all corporate policies, compliance requirements, and placement documentation are completed accurately and timely • Partner with sales teams and staffing partners nationwide to qualify, support, and fulfill staffing opportunities • Communicate directly with customers to help support understanding job requirements, coordinate interviews, and manage expectations • Conduct candidate pre-screening and technical qualification assessments with ePlus engineering staff • Maintain ongoing relationships with placed consultants to monitor engagement status and support successful assignments • Build and strengthen customer relationships to help identify and support new business opportunities with your Staffing BDE • Participate in customer meetings and sales team meetings to promote and expand staffing services when needed • Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support reporting, tracking, and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5+ years of staffing support, recruiting coordination, or staffing operations experience • Strong understanding of staffing services and recruiting processes • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases preferred (Job Diva is our ATS) • Ability to collaborate effectively with management, sales teams, and colleagues • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines • Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism • General business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
