• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Midstream Control Center, IT, and Shared Services to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities across Midstream • Conduct field and business assessments of processes, workflows, system utilization, data dependencies, and operational pain points • Map and evaluate As-Is and To-Be processes and identify standardization, simplification, automation, and technology-enablement opportunities • Translate operational and business needs into business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, process designs, and implementation priorities • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, asset, and system data to identify performance gaps, root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities • Support technology initiatives involving SCADA, EAM/Maximo, operational analytics, workflow solutions, system integrations, and emerging technologies • Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measures tied to measurable operational outcomes • Evaluate automation, advanced analytics, condition monitoring, and other capabilities to improve efficiency, reliability, visibility, and decision-making • Build relationships with field crews, engineers, planners, control center personnel, technology teams, and other stakeholders • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, align stakeholders, resolve process or technology gaps, and move initiatives through implementation • Support data quality, governance, and standardization across Midstream systems • Assist with business cases, solution evaluation, implementation planning, testing, change management, and adoption • Develop reporting, analysis, presentations, and recommendations for Midstream leadership • Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and outcomes • Prioritize high-value opportunities across a portfolio while balancing immediate needs with the long-term technology and Operational Excellence roadmap
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, engineering, or a closely related field required • 3-5+ years of Midstream, pipeline, or upstream oil & gas operations experience • Must be able to speak the language of field operations, not just business analysis in the abstract • Direct exposure to at least one of: SCADA systems, EAM/Maximo, or operational data platforms in an industrial context • Demonstrated experience mapping current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") business processes • Track record translating operational/field needs into formal business requirements, functional requirements, or use cases • Experience running or facilitating cross-functional requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working directly with operational/asset data; cleaning, analyzing, and drawing conclusions • Experience building or contributing to KPIs, metrics, or performance dashboards tied to business outcomes • Familiarity with practical data quality and governance concepts, including ownership, standards, and trust
