📋 Description

• Review specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables • Identify test requirements from specifications or verbal communications • Develop, document, and maintain functional test plans and test cases • Execute and evaluate test cases and report test results • Ensure deliverables meet specifications and requirements • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes • Liaise with development, project management, and customers on quality, project scope, and deliverables • Identify potential quality issues through defined processes and communicate through appropriate channels • Participate in key ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate in an Agile environment with software developers, architects, and project managers • Own quality assurance at every stage of the delivery process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience; alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in one of these fields plus three (3) years of related work experience • Three (3) years of experience leading a team of quality assurance specialists in quality assurance processes • Three (3) years of experience with Life Insurance and Annuity Business processes • Three (3) years of experience with relational databases and SQL • Three (3) years of experience participating in the full lifecycle of a project • Three (3) years of experience working in an Agile environment • Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience accepted • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
