📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Power BI solutions • Build and optimize data models and DAX calculations for performance, usability, and scalability • Develop Power Query (M) transformations to clean, shape, and integrate data from multiple sources • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and datasets • Create drill-through capabilities, KPIs, and dynamic visualizations to deliver actionable insights • Provide ad hoc analyses and self-service reporting tools for business teams • Document dashboards, data sources, and report logic for transparency and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI • Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and ability to design intuitive, insightful dashboards • Experience integrating SQL databases, APIs, and other data sources into Power BI • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable impact • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large, complex datasets
