📋 Description

• Provide financial supervision and support • Oversee accounting and clear financial reporting for senior leadership • Analyze monthly balance sheets, income statements, and budgets • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations of Accounts Receivable and Cost of Goods Sold, if applicable • Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable, Revenue, Prior Authorization, and Records departments • Review and submit monthly invoices and P-Cards • Participate in purchasing and assist with audit testing • Participate in and conduct operational meetings with company staff and the Pharmacy Director • Assist Directors with credentialing and licensing • Ensure timely and accurate filing and reporting of costs and other reporting requirements • Supervise multiple staff in Billing and Accounts Receivable departments • Make hiring recommendations, coordinate workloads, check and approve work, complete performance evaluations, provide guidance, recommend salary adjustments, and address unsatisfactory performance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance • Required minimum years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (specific number not provided) • Experience in corporate accounting • Comprehensive knowledge of financial statements and analysis • Ability to supervise multiple staff in Billing and Accounts Receivable departments • Knowledge of applicable company policies and laws for supervisory responsibilities
