📋 Description

• Conduct patient-related site support according to the study-specific site management plan • Ensure clinical studies progress and are conducted, recorded, and reported according to the protocol, Ergomed SOPs, ICH GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements • Act as primary contact with Study Site Coordinators / Research Nurses • Assist in developing patient recruitment and retention strategies • Track recruitment activities at assigned investigational sites • Oversee investigational medicinal product and clinical trial supplies inventory • Facilitate logistics for shipment of samples • Establish and maintain relationships with site coordinators, research nurses, investigators, and sub-investigators to optimize clinical study performance • Provide site logistical support for inventory management, patient travel expenses, and other study-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree standard, preferably in medical / public health field, or appropriate equivalent work experience • 2 years of experience in conducting site support activities • Excellent communication skills • Organization skills • Team working skills • Laboratory experience • Experience with management of samples and logistics
