📋 Description

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of Ergotron equipment at customer sites • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide solutions to restore functionality • Fulfill paid-for service, including inspections and preventive maintenance • Document service visits, repairs, and parts used in the service management system • Maintain timely and accurate expense reporting and submissions • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues • Maintain van inventory of parts and tools when applicable • Manage time tracking according to company policy • Travel to assigned customer locations, up to 100% • Assist with customer relationships for assigned accounts when applicable • Update systems and programs for sales operations, including Salesforce, to maintain customer data • Support Lean Business Enterprise initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination • Perform additional duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Experience with electronic testing equipment, including multimeters • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Proficiency in ERP systems and Salesforce • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record • In healthcare environments, ability to adhere to all site-level vaccine and screening requirements • Associate of Arts (AA) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
