📋 Description

• Create planting designs, site designs, and detail sheets, including landscape plans, lighting plans, and landscape management plans • Develop nature-based approaches to rehabilitation and reuse of brownfield sites • Collaborate with visual simulation experts to produce legally defensible project simulations with accurate vegetation depictions • Contribute to Visual Impact Assessments (VIAs) and technical reports • Coordinate GIS, visual simulation, and multidisciplinary technical teams • Advise clients, anticipate challenges, and support project advancement • Lead and contribute to environmental impact assessments, land planning, facility siting, and permitting for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects • Produce, manage, and review VIAs and related technical deliverables • Coordinate multidisciplinary work to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance • Serve as task manager or project manager, overseeing budgets, timelines, and quality standards • Mentor technical staff and foster a collaborative project environment • Conduct site visits and maintain direct client communication

🎯 Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Registered Landscape Architect • Digital portfolio available for review via a website, linked drive, or similar • BA/BS in Landscape Architecture or a related field • 5–10 years of landscape architecture experience • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software • Proven success managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client relationships • Valid driver's license and/or ability to operate a company vehicle • Ability to travel occasionally to various client locations across a large geographical area • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship • Strong horticulture knowledge preferred • Familiarity with GIS/Global Mapper, Rhino, 3DS Max, or 3D rendering software preferred • Supplementary experience in planning, graphic design, and/or photography preferred • MA/MS in a relevant discipline preferred
