📋 Description

• Consolidate various data sources to support business analytics • Lead and conduct internal and external data analysis and provide recommendations • Work with site leaders, finance, engineering, operations, and other partners to gather and analyze business requirements for strategic initiatives • Support data compilation to inform business decisions and ensure business operating effectiveness • Support the collection, maintenance, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Provide detailed project cost/benefit analysis • Perform business case analysis for new projects • Update project status reports • Perform post-project audits • Deliver presentations to internal business teams

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree in Business or Finance, or 2 to 7 years of relevant experience • 3-6 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or financial environment • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Analytical skills to support and enhance supply chain strategy and goals • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to build strategic relationships across functions and locations, including with senior leadership • Experience developing presentations and presenting to management and other internal groups desired • Understanding of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and project management methodologies desired • Ability and availability to travel up to 25% • Ability to work well with others as well as independently • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, independent work environment with limited supervision • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
