📋 Description

• Drive installation quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across Sunrun’s installation organization • Lead the Central Install Quality Review team • Serve as a key escalation point for field leadership and Senior Leadership on critical quality challenges and systemic operational failures • Partner cross-functionally to identify and eliminate recurring quality issues • Own the relationship between License Holders and the Install Quality team • Lead process improvements, FIC app and AI enhancements, Channel Partner construction reviews, and quality-focused training initiatives • Foster high performance through proactive coaching, talent development, and rigorous quality standards • Conduct root-cause analyses to decrease field error rates • Integrate AI and automated technologies into the Field Installation Review app • Co-develop specialized FIC review training tracks for new Foremen and onboarding crews • Hold Channel Partners and License Holders accountable through audits, relationship management, and data-driven executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or customer support environments • Standard office environment requiring extended computer work and active participation in virtual and in-person meetings • Ability to travel to corporate offices 3–5 times per year
