📋 Description

• Work on Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR , with hands-on responsibility for workforce structures, security, workflows, and approvals • Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards • Build and support integrations using HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs , and third-party systems • Handle Oracle quarterly patches, upgrade impact analysis, troubleshooting production issues, and providing user support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM • Strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud • Hands-on experience in at least two modules : Recruiting, Talent Management, or Compensation • Experience in Core HR configuration , including workforce structures, security, workflows, and approvals • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards • Hands-on skills in HDL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs , and Fast Formula • Experience with Redwood UI and third-party integrations (e.g., job boards) • Good SQL knowledge and troubleshooting skills • Exposure to global implementation and AMS support projects • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Ability to work independently or as a Technical Lead • Willingness to work partial US time zone overlap (3–4 hours)
