• Initiate and lead large contractor conversion sales opportunities. • Conduct product and technical training to Contractor and Distributor personnel. • Present the Resideo story at dealer meetings, trade shows and other industry events. • Gather competitive intelligence and market trends/insights. • Conduct “opportunity advancing sales calls” with Contractors and Distributors. • Prospect for potential new customers. • Campaign Management. • Customer Reporting.
• 2+ years of sales experience • Valid driver's license • Sales Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or other trade. • Customer Relations Management (CRM) software experience. • A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices. • Excellent team and communication skills. • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction. • An ability to influence at the operational level. • An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships. • Significant experience in selling (industrial) products. • Deep technical expertise. • Understanding of the Resideo value proposition as well as the competitive landscape.
