📋 Description

• Support program reporting, including status updates, milestones, action items, and performance metrics • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery coordination across project teams • Create and maintain work items reflecting requirements, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria • Formalize stakeholder direction into actionable work • Track open questions and dependencies through resolution • Support backlog organization, delivery planning, and prioritization • Maintain resource forecasts and support program financial tracking, including staffing plans, utilization, burn, and anticipated changes • Coordinate program communications, product release readiness evaluations, production support ticket operations, team meetings, documentation, and team onboarding/offboarding • Maintain team rosters, collaboration channels, and shared program resources • Communicate across technical, product, program, and customer stakeholders • Support multiple concurrent efforts and keep teams aligned around priorities, blockers, and decisions

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal suitability or Public Trust determination • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role supporting software development teams in an Agile environment • 2+ years of experience supporting federal government programs or working in the government contracting industry • Experience using Agile/Kanban practices and project management tools to organize work, maintain backlogs, track dependencies, and support delivery • Experience supporting resource planning, forecasting, program financial tracking, or similar project management functions • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or workstreams • Experience supporting federal digital services or modernization programs • Experience supporting projects for data platforms and data solutions • Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by the manager • Occasional travel for training and project meetings
