📋 Description

• Maintain and update Confluence pages, trackers, and documentation systems • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and organization of team knowledge resources • Support data analysis by running basic SQL queries and performing data validation • Document data issues, findings, and resolutions • Track and update the status of data quality issues and state interactions • Support mid- and senior-level Technical Assistants in issue resolution efforts • Handle lower-complexity, well-defined data issues • Learn Medicaid data structures, policies, and team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government • Must be a U.S. citizen or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System • Foreign-national candidates must have lived within the United States for at least 3 of the previous 5 years • Foreign-national candidates must have a valid, non-expired passport from their country of birth • Foreign-national candidates must have appropriate visa/work permit documentation • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, healthcare, biology, or another related scientific or technical discipline • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field • Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple priorities • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills • Adaptability and willingness to work in a changing environment • Expected working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by the manager
