📋 Description

• Lead Esperion Medical Information, including directing the Med Info contact center vendor and handling escalated cases • Support development of medical materials such as Standard Response Documents, FAQs, and slide decks • Maintain digital medical platforms including Veeva Medical, Veeva CRM, and Tableau • Develop and maintain SOPs for Medical Information and scientific exchange • Analyze medical information trends and communicate key findings and business impacts • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to develop data education strategies • Support execution of the medical communications platform across medical information, publications, and Medical Affairs interactions • Co-develop the strategic medical information and communications plan with the Director • Oversee internal training on medical information processes, product education, and competitive intelligence • Support content and knowledge management for Medical Affairs • Participate in Medical Legal Review and Medical Scientific Review Committee committees • Coach and mentor Medical Affairs fellows and interns • Maintain working knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, disease states, therapies, and competitors • Collaborate with Global and international colleagues to align medical/scientific communications • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science from an accredited college or university required • Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in medical information, medical/scientific communications, or medical affairs operations • Experience with medical information/communications databases and systems, such as Veeva Vault Medcomms, Veeva Vault PromoMats, and Med Info databases • Excellent written and oral English communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Demonstrated project management skills • Experience working with and directing external vendors • Ability to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively on multifunctional teams in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams • Demonstrated proficiency in meeting planning, organization, and management • High proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Ability to travel approximately 10–20% • PharmD, PhD, or another closely related advanced life-sciences degree highly preferred
