📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across an expanding portfolio of products. • Drive high-impact growth initiatives from concept to completion. • Rigorously assess new opportunities: build business cases, model unit economics, and make data-driven go/no-go recommendations. • Develop a nuanced understanding of how various products, channels, and teams inter-play. • Own quarterly OKR planning and goal-setting processes across all functions. • Lead critical cross-functional projects that span Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years total experience, ideally 3+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm or investment banking, followed by 3+ years in Strategy & Operations at a high-growth, venture-backed company or a founding role • Genuinely AI-native — you are at the cutting edge of experimenting with AI • True operator mindset. You own outcomes and get your hands dirty to make things happen. • Track record of delivering results directly. • Ability to go deep and zoom out. • Structured thinking.
