📋 Description

• Provide superior service to clients and referring veterinarians through inbound and outbound calls • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals • Ensure client and referring veterinarian needs are met professionally and empathetically • Handle emergency calls with a calm and compassionate demeanor • Book client appointments accurately and efficiently • Interpret Ethos protocols to resolve client and referring veterinarian inquiries • Develop relationships with hospital teams while supporting Ethos Veterinary Health’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of Veterinarian Client Care or Tech experience • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook sufficient for routine tasks including email, document preparation, and worksheet preparation • Able to work evening shift within a 24/7-365 service center • Proven experience delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment, up to 60 calls per shift • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle emotionally charged client scenarios, including critical patient situations • Strong communication skills, written and oral • Good judgment and problem-solving skills • Must live in one of the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or the District of Columbia • Minimum internet speed of 500 Mbps
