📋 Description

• Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees • Make decisions based on established processes and procedures • Partner with Vendor Coordinator on vendor issues or questions • Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients • Provide localized supervision of regional processing team • Serve as key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and workflow process or policy updates • Supervise day-to-day production • Provide training and partner with the National Escrow Processing Manager on recruitment, development, and performance management of team members • Report to the National Escrow Processing Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people management experience • Interpersonal influencing and relationship building • Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and the ability to learn new technical applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed
