📋 Description

• Lead a team of agents with growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives • Support new hires during training and beyond • Execute supporting activities to drive sales focus • Provide direction, support, and oversight to agents to maintain focus on personal, team, and company sales goals • Measure and monitor team results to ensure sales objectives are met • Create, read, and understand reports aligned with company objectives • Become an expert in new and existing Medicare products and updates • Train agents on new and existing Medicare products • Hold yourself and the team accountable for everyday performance

🎯 Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License • 5+ years of Medicare experience • 3+ years of Sales Experience • Tech-savvy; must be able to navigate multiple systems • Previous managerial experience • Highly organized, disciplined, detail oriented, self-starter, with strong follow-up skills • Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment • Ability to self-motivate and work within a team requiring minimal managerial oversight • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with transparent communication • Fluency in Microsoft Office • Ability to learn and use CRM software • Hard working, reliable, professional, with a sense of urgency and driven to succeed
