📋 Description

• Research and interpret real estate documents, district court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys • Communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills • Make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines • Help customers have a remarkable experience closing real estate transactions • Create a positive image of the company through professional appearance, actions, and conduct

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 10 years in the title insurance business • Must be able to multi-task • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficient on computer and comfortable with technology • Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment • Strong problem solving/analytical skills
