📋 Description

• Identify and recruit high-performing commercial lines agencies and brokers specializing in core and adjacent verticals • Lead the appointment process and producer agreements • Train producers to use the Etude portal to quote and bind business • Ensure producers understand Etude’s appetite and successfully utilize the platform • Serve as the primary point of contact for producer partners • Conduct regular account reviews and provide appetite updates • Gather producer feedback to improve products • Educate producers on Etude’s insurance products, data-driven underwriting, and technology advantages • Own the pipeline from initial submission through bind • Partner with underwriters to prioritize high-quality risks • Build distribution and referral relationships with property management customers and relevant industry parties

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in insurance distribution, agency management, or wholesale brokerage • Strong commercial property insurance contacts • Ability to navigate the hierarchy of a large brokerage • Understanding of commercial P&C fundamentals • Active surplus lines producer license is highly preferred, or relevant surplus lines experience • Satisfactory verification of a general and criminal background check as a condition of employment
