📋 Description

• Learn the renewable energy development and execution process by working with Euclid’s team and customers executing over 1GW of renewable energy projects • Work with customers and Euclid services team to understand user needs and workflows • Design improvements to the Euclid platform from sketches through high-fidelity mock-ups • Contribute to the design system and advance AI-assisted design workflows • Translate and redesign existing third-party hosted tools into Euclid’s platform • Lead design of new features beyond Euclid’s core platform based on customer demand • Work with product and founding teams to prioritize, design, and iterate on products for renewable energy developers and investors • Honor Euclid’s brand within the product • Mentor teammates and share skills and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in web-based enterprise software • Track record of leading the design, feel, and flow of product improvements based on customer feedback and needs • Passion for building software that supports renewable energy deployment • Ability to tie design decisions to real business outcomes • Systems-level thinking to simplify complex IA, taxonomy, and object-level problems • Detail- and polish-oriented approach to enterprise user experiences • Strong communication and collaboration skills with product and founding teams, founders, PMs, engineers, and designers • Ability to take direction, generate viable design directions, and test them with early customers • Skilled with modern design and AI-assisted workflows, including Figma, Claude, and Paper • Grounded in real customer research to test, inform, and validate design thinking • Must be legally authorized to work in the US • Must answer whether employment sponsorship is required in the US
