📋 Description

• Serve as the sole creative resource supporting OpenLoop's DTC portfolio and enterprise marketing work • Set creative standards and maintain the quality bar across every brand • Design and build DTC landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across multiple brands • Advise marketing and brand leaders on creative approach across subsidiaries • Direct the creative output of external agency partners • Own the creative function for The Counter end to end • Transform concise written or verbal direction into finished, on-brand work • Take designs from Figma into live environments such as Webflow and Framer • Troubleshoot visual issues independently • Partner with growth on A/B tests by forming hypotheses, shipping variants, reading results, and iterating • Use generative AI to compress production time • Communicate work status, surface questions, and flag timeline risks • Design for conversion, average order value, and acquisition cost • Build templates, components, and documented processes to scale creative work • Interrogate briefs to clarify objectives before building

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience in performance marketing, growth, DTC, or direct-response contexts • Agency or fast-paced startup experience managing several brands or clients simultaneously • Strong Figma craft, with speed, organization, and ability to extend existing brand systems • Practical command of Webflow, Framer, or comparable tools • Sufficient HTML/CSS knowledge to diagnose visual issues independently • Ability to ground design decisions in customer behavior and conversion evidence • Working grasp of direct-response fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, proof, friction, and CTA placement • Ability to explain creative decisions in business terms and direct external partners • Independent judgment and ability to work without waiting for permission • Proactive communication regarding status, blockers, and timeline risks • Ability to work effectively with imperfect or legacy systems and learn unfamiliar tools quickly • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects and fast shipping cycles • Required resume submission • Visa sponsorship question is included in the application process
