📋 Description

• Review medical documentation for employment and fitness-for-duty determinations. • Evaluate Annual Medical Certification (AMC) cases. • Review medical examinations and supporting clinical documentation. • Request additional medical information from healthcare providers when necessary. • Document findings and recommendations in TSA systems. • Communicate professionally with applicants, employees, and healthcare providers. • Maintain productivity and quality standards while managing multiple cases. • Participate in quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, TSA policies, and federal regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (or ability to obtain prior to start). • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred. • Minimum two (2) years of clinical nursing experience. • Experience in one or more of the following: • Occupational Health • Employee Health • Case Management • Utilization Review • Medical Record Review • Disability Management • Strong written communication and documentation skills. • Excellent computer proficiency and ability to work in multiple electronic systems. • Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Public Trust clearance. • Federal healthcare experience (preferred). • Experience supporting government agencies (preferred). • Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred. • Experience reviewing Fitness-for-Duty cases (preferred).
