📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain tests, test lists, and test bundles within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) • Support compendial updates, pricing changes, and evolving laboratory requirements • Interpret analytical methods, compendia, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and compliant test builds • Collaborate with laboratories to develop solutions meeting testing and reporting needs • Manage multiple priorities while meeting quality and productivity objectives • Work independently with little supervision to accomplish assigned tasks and meet team objectives • Assess and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and data quality • Provide technical expertise and support for Analytical Definition initiatives and laboratory requests • Communicate progress, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders • Uphold GMP, GLP, quality, compliance, and data integrity standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered • Laboratory experience preferred • Previous work experience using the USP or Ph. Eur. is a plus • Experience working in a LIMS preferred • Self-motivation • Excellent quality of work and attention to detail • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines • Effective communication with coworkers and internal/external clients • Ability to use a personal computer and learn necessary programs • Good oral and written communication skills • Organizational ability • Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed
