📋 Description

• Source new carrier partners • Use tools, technology, and established relationships to bring in new business • Supplement the Pricing team with rates for RFPs, spot quotes, and unique requests • Make carrier routing decisions • Negotiate contracts and leverage relationships • Conduct cold calling • Collaborate with Carrier Procurement to further develop carrier relationships • Contract and develop a routing guide for the carrier network around the customer • Handle and escalate carrier-facing issues • Develop better processes and efficiencies around carrier selection to improve customer experience • Oversee, engage, and interact toward daily account success • Build partnerships with internal pillars and their leaders engaging with respective clients • Resolve problems by identifying issues, determining actions, and implementing solutions • Understand the technology platform and drive automation • Study and understand market trends and seasonality • Perform other duties as assigned
