📋 Description

• Report to the Financial Operations Manager • Locate, audit, and upload executed vendor contracts into Zip • Populate vendor metadata, including contract terms, renewal dates, owners, and spend category • Configure Zip's renewal module so upcoming renewals are automatically tracked • Support procurement end to end, including purchase requests, approvals, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding • Handle day-to-day procurement requests and vendor negotiations • Maintain complete and current vendor records in Zip, including contracts, W-9s, and required documentation • Track contract renewals and proactively engage business units before deadlines • Maintain contract, licensing, and compliance records with IT, GRC, and Legal • Train and support the organization on procurement policies and Zip usage • Optimize Zip workflows to improve the procurement request experience • Make Zip the reliable source of truth for vendor contracts • Establish a proactive renewal cadence and consistent purchasing process • Serve as the go-to person for purchasing questions and process execution • Implement organization-wide training and streamline procurement workflows • Individual contributor role with no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate indirect procurement operations, purchasing, or finance operations • Hands-on experience with Zip or a similar procurement/spend management platform such as Coupa, Airbase, or Procurify; Zip experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of NetSuite and its connection with procurement and accounts payable • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or spend tracking • Comfort working through messy, unstructured data, including contract cleanup and record audits • Ability to train and communicate policy clearly to non-procurement stakeholders • Ability to work independently, manage details, and build strong relationships across the company • Experience at a growing SaaS or technology company preferred • Experience implementing or improving a procurement system or ERP integration preferred • Background in Finance or Accounting, including accounts payable and expense classification, preferred • Familiarity with SaaS procurement, software licensing, and vendor compliance preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States for Onebrief • Active security clearance is not required; the application asks applicants to indicate their current clearance status
