📋 Description

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises • Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios • Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision • Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract-task performance • Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices • Contribute to contract redlining workflows used to train and evaluate state-of-the-art AI models

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Minimum of 2 years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm • Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including APAs and SPAs • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Strong analytical capabilities • Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems • Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments • Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives preferred • Experience working with private equity firms preferred
