📋 Description

• Conduct webinar training for multiple customer stakeholders • Serve as the customer's main point of contact for billing during implementation or consulting engagement • Advise internal stakeholders, new partners, and existing customers on best practices for using Practice Management software • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails • Identify and escalate priority issues • Creatively solve unique customer needs with dynamic software solutions • Develop customers' practice management skills to ensure successful implementation and confident long-term software use • Travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent, associate's degree strongly preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing role such as Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, or Patient Collections • Ability to self-manage assigned projects • Willingness to travel periodically based on business and project needs • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills • Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experience • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
