📋 Description

• Train customers to transition from old to new ways of thinking • Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend software best practices • Handle customer support calls during the Engagement process • Train customers and staff online and in person • Manage detailed data migrations • Nurture customer relationships and build trust • Create and update role and department best practices • Operate across department boundaries • Increase knowledge of the software and pest-control industry • Collaborate with other departments to help customers succeed • Manage customer account implementation from sign-on through transition to a Customer Account Manager • Provide onboarding, support, training, and guidance in adopting Brio, a SaaS ERP for pest control companies • Help customers become experts on the product and use all features fully • Potentially travel and work over 40 hours when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Delivery of technology training in a corporate setting in-person and via the web • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines • Customer service/support • High attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Project development • Bachelor's degree or associate degree with comparable experience • Working well across departments • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks • Data conversion or migration experience preferred • Software implementation experience preferred • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship in the United States • Willingness to potentially travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America
