📋 Description

• Deliver cloud solutions to the public safety sector • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate organizational readiness and streamline legacy workflows • Oversee the project lifecycle and execute technical deployment • Drive activation, configuration, and training to integrate new solutions • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and solve implementation activities • Validate scope and goals; document and track deliverables and milestones • Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment • Manage timelines, mitigate risks, anticipate issues, and provide escalation management • Guide client project teams and ensure alignment with objectives • Respond to assistance requests in a timely manner • Manage resolution of technical and non-technical issues • Troubleshoot application- and operating-system-level technical issues • Install, migrate, and upgrade products on accelerated schedules • Develop a full understanding of all products • Create or contribute to process documentation and improvements • Write Standard Operating Procedures when required • Create and review knowledge base documentation and FAQs • Conduct training on products and services • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and focus on customer time to value

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and cloud implementation in Enterprise, Public Safety or Government systems software implementation • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred • High school diploma • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Successfully pass a stringent fingerprint background check under the US Department of Justice CJIS Security Policy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent investigative, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work under strict deadlines and interact with customers of varying experience levels • Ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of tools • Knowledge of one or more programming languages: Java, C++, or Ruby • Knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL • Knowledge of web services/web technology: HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON • Knowledge of VMware and managing Virtual Machines
