📋 Description

• Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services • Conduct system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training • Work closely with Project Managers to map out and complete project deliverables according to project requirements • Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on escalated incidents • Address escalations from other departments • Embrace innovative approaches to product and services implementation strategy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role with an understanding of the fundamentals of training and implementation processes • Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service • Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences • Ability to take on new challenges with a results-oriented attitude and a sense of vision and purpose • Desire to learn new things and evolve in competencies in different areas • Proven track record for problem solving and multitasking • Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, colleagues, and prospects • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with active listening skills • Patience, flexibility, and ability to effectively problem solve under pressure • Strong sense of integrity and trust • Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus • A valid Driver’s License is required • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
