📋 Description

• Execute on-site implementation activities including installation verification, workflow validation, documentation, and operational support during startup • Execute startup floor activities by walking workflows to verify associates follow standard work and system processes • Provide real-time floor support by assisting supervisors and demonstrating correct process execution during go-live • Identify and document operational issues including location, frequency, and impact for resolution • Escalate issues to appropriate teams with clear supporting detail for action • Reinforce training by correcting behaviors and ensuring adherence to standard work • Maintain daily reporting including logs, issue trackers, and summaries • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate issues and updates • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required • 3 years or more in warehouse operations, logistics, or implementation environments, Required • Flexibility to support any shift/schedule • 75–80% travel required as a baseline expectation • Flexibility for responsive and short-notice travel • Availability for two-week consecutive on-site assignments when required • Ability to travel throughout North America (US, Canada and Mexico) • Timely documentation, expense reporting, and data submission • Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering, Preferred • Project Management experience and certification preferred • Startup warehouse operations leadership, knowledge, and experience in large DC's preferred • 1 year or more of experience with Ryder in warehouse operations or logistics role, Preferred
