📋 Description

• Support implementations of new clients and new facilities in the CEVA Contract Logistics network • Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution, and process optimization activities in the fulfillment center • Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts and racking elevation changes • Maintain AutoCAD layouts • Implement CEVA standards related to LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs • Partner with Operations to propose and execute process optimization projects improving efficiency, safety, and quality • Observe operations and ensure Work Instructions are followed and reflect actual processes • Partner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on time and within budget • Maintain layouts, ensure facility readiness actions are completed, track capital investments, and implement engineering standards • Collaborate with implementation project teams and local Operations & Facilities teams to complete actions on time and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field of study • Minimum 3 years of Logistics & Distribution experience designing, implementing, or launching new facilities and solutions • 3PL or similar experience preferred • E-commerce and omnichannel fulfillment experience • Six Sigma and LEAN certifications a plus • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Proficiency in data analysis • Proficiency in process mapping tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Knowledge of WMS functionality • Experience in warehouse automation applications • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated history of developing relationships and building trust • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions
