📋 Description

• Own the implementation experience for Paylocity’s largest and most complex clients as the subject matter expert • Deploy Paylocity software to customers as a key member of the Implementation team • Support customers during implementation, primarily onsite at client locations, with remote capabilities • Teach client administrators and end users to effectively use and administer Paylocity products and applications • Guide clients and end users through the first payroll process • Provide a seamless onboarding experience for complex clients and their extended organizations • Assist prospective client efforts, both virtually and onsite, by understanding client needs and delivering solutions • Manage onsite client visits, including agendas, discretionary decisions, and follow-up • Lead onsite planning, stakeholder huddles, and logistical planning • Support Implementation Consultants and Project Managers with client setup and maintenance • Use project management and consultative approaches to promote integrated implementation across products • Facilitate entry of data from previous payroll providers • Maintain subject matter expertise in Paylocity products and partnerships, including HR and Payroll, Time and Labor, and the HR Product Suite • Facilitate training, first payroll support, recovery, and retention efforts onsite • Identify and document improvements to training, documentation, procedures, and system enhancements • Create and deliver instructional content for clients and end users • Attend key implementation milestones for clients in the onsite pipeline • Mentor and coach peers and assist with onboarding new consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, or as a payroll/HR/Benefits Administrator • Project Management Experience • Successful experience in escalations and at-risk client retention efforts • Outstanding QA Track Record • Proficient in SQL, MS Access, or Excel • Ability to present HR data effectively • Strong leadership ability • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Travel up to 80% required • Occasional weekend travel • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate a computer, use phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
