📋 Description

• Project manage new captive business implementations and certain renewal functions • Lead implementation of new captive insurance entities from engagement through regulatory approval and formal closing • Understand regulatory requirements for timely and accurate submissions to Departments of Insurance • Serve as lead point of contact for client questions throughout onboarding • Coordinate external service providers, cross-functional team members, and clients to manage implementation critical-path tasks • Prepare, circulate, and follow up on captive-specific technical insurance documents • Review documents for accuracy and completion • Communicate technical regulatory requirements to clients and brokers • Prepare and submit captive insurance licensing application packages • Manage captive application processes to satisfy material requirements • Determine when renewal notifications or amendments are required and communicate submission requirements • Prepare and submit renewal notifications and amendments • Maintain case tracking databases and client files • Complete assigned projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in the insurance for financial services industry • Captive insurance experience a plus • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, service providers and peers • Ability to work under deadline-driven situations and in high-pressure environments • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and project tracking tools
