📋 Description

• Own end-to-end eCommerce website builds from project kickoff through launch • Translate client requirements and brand direction into complete, functional storefronts • Design and build responsive desktop and mobile storefronts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Configure and validate product catalog, search, cart and checkout, customer flows, custom domains, analytics, SEO, and third-party integrations • Troubleshoot platform build and functionality issues using documentation, tools, and internal resources • Identify work requiring developers or subject matter experts and escalate with clear context • Review requirements and identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before building • Manage build timelines and workload while keeping status, progress, risks, and blockers visible • Perform quality assurance and support formal testing before client review and launch • Serve as the technical point of contact in client conversations, demonstrate websites, and explain functionality • Document work and deliver a clean handoff to post-launch support teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building, configuring, or implementing eCommerce websites or web applications • Hands-on experience with UI/UX design, front-end development, and configuring online stores or websites on an enterprise, SaaS, or custom ecommerce platform • Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including reading, writing, and troubleshooting front-end code • Strong eye for design and ability to translate brand direction into clean, responsive, on-brand storefronts across devices • Ability to independently own projects from start to finish, stay organized, and deliver on deadline with minimal direction • Resourceful problem-solving skills and sound judgment about when to solve issues independently or escalate • Familiarity with SSO, punchout and procurement integrations, APIs, and data feeds is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communication and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Highly detail oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple builds and deadlines accurately • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work overtime or off-hours when required • Bachelor's degree in information technology, communications, business, or a related field required • Participation in HALO's E-Verify employment verification process
