📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand business goals, operational pain points, and workflow challenges • Design and build solutions on Slack’s AI-powered platform to address real business problems • Translate business requirements into practical implementation plans • Work alongside team members to bring solutions to life following the customer journey and design principles • Define and track measurable success criteria for each engagement • Stay current on the evolving Slack/Salesforce ecosystem, including AI-powered tools • Bring relevant innovations to customer engagements • Build trusted, long-term customer relationships • Report to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business acumen • Ability to learn new technology quickly and translate it into customer value • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, project teams, and executives • Collaborative mindset • Prior consulting, professional services, and client-facing solutions experience • Experience with Slack or similar collaboration/workflow platforms • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience with government or public-sector clients • Must be a U.S. citizen • Some experience
