📋 Description

• Lead the technical aspects of DailyPay integrations for high-profile strategic customers • Perform comprehensive discovery sessions and build documentation for complex implementation requirements • Conduct technical research and design bespoke solutions for intricate, non-standard customer integrations • Partner with Sales on high-level pre-sales discussions and technical scoping • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks for high-stakes accounts • Suggest new product features and functionality based on implementation experience and customer feedback • Develop expertise in DailyPay’s product suite, configuration options, and internal workflows • Coordinate with Operations and Support teams for post-launch implementation handoffs • Manage the implementation lifecycle from pre-sales through go-live • Navigate C-Suite relationships while balancing detailed project work with broader objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally within early-stage products, markets, or rapidly growing companies • Proven ability to manage demanding strategic accounts and influence operational and C-level stakeholders • Hands-on experience with sFTP automation and API builds, including log review, troubleshooting, and data validation • Demonstrated experience leading unit testing, UAT, and complex data validation processes • Excellent written and presentation skills • Ability to manage priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment • Working proficiency in Excel and Google Suite • Experience with Dell Boomi or HCM, Payroll, and Time Management systems is preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States
