📋 Description

• Deliver and coordinate implementation of systems and services under an Implementation Lead or Manager • Assist clients through planning, development, training and execution of ImageTrend products • Design and maintain implementation schedules and ensure compliance with timelines and requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation processes • Document implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, delays and time worked in implementation tickets • Assist in scoping projects to support proposals and contracts • Maintain departmental OneNote, internal demo sites and other internal products • Build and maintain trusted client relationships and advise clients on solutions • Conduct onsite and virtual client training • Present or teach at the Annual Connect Conference and other events • Collaborate with customer success teams and departments to ensure a positive client experience • Review and advise on instructional and technical documentation, product requirements, release notes, screenshots, diagrams and screencast videos • Travel to orientations, industry or company events and onsite meetings as required • Perform additional assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • Experience working in implementation, project delivery and/or adult education • Preferably agile/scrum experience, PMP certification, and technology or industry experience in healthcare or public safety • Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements • Understanding of basic concepts for adult education and effective content delivery • Knowledge of implementation or project management tools used for education and project roll-out • Knowledge of ImageTrend products and functions, or similar industry-related technologies highly preferred • Ability to define, scope, estimate work and track implementation tasks • Understanding of standardized data collection practices • Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of MS Office Suite or similar tools • Ability to maintain discretion with proprietary and confidential information • Ability to travel up to 10%
